  • Special Immigration Help for Battered Spouses and Children
Our Legal Services Program helps spouses and children who have been abused by their U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident spouses or parents apply for legal status through a special new law - the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). We currently have some funding to help some people apply without charge. Click on this topic's title to learn more about VAWA or about challenges facing abused immigrants.
